Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  • Order cancellations for regular priced items: Orders can only be cancelled within a 24-hour window after ordering. After this window, they are unable to cancel the order.
  • Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.
  • Processing times are 14 business days. Shipping typically takes 6 months in business days. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: They do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping provider/3PL directly to file a claim.
